{"id":757,"date":"2024-06-12T18:22:55","date_gmt":"2024-06-12T16:22:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jnovtech.eu\/ressources-humaines\/monteur-mecanicien-2\/"},"modified":"2024-07-04T11:04:18","modified_gmt":"2024-07-04T09:04:18","slug":"charge-daffaires","status":"publish","type":"ressource_humaine","link":"https:\/\/jnovtech.com\/en\/ressources-humaines\/charge-daffaires\/","title":{"rendered":"Business manager"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\">Contribute to business development<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Your missions:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Organize a client portfolio, ensure regular commercial and technical monitoring within the framework of projects or in the pre-sales phase,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Compile and evaluate customer needs, propose technical solutions in collaboration with the Design Office, and anticipate changing needs,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Carry out technical-commercial offers, present and support the offer until the contract is signed,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage projects from ordering to customer receipt, ensuring compliance of deliverables with initial technical specifications,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Organize the internal and external reviews necessary for monitoring the project, and produce reporting on commercial activities,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Analyze the results of commercial activities and propose avenues for optimization and development of the commercial offer to its management,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participate in the continuous improvement of products, methods and means of production by being proactive.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Prerequisites:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Engineering diploma or license in mechanics with additional commercial training (sales techniques, prospecting and negotiation) with validated experience in the industrial field,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In-depth understanding of the industrial environment, manufacturing processes and products,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Relationship skills: ability to establish and maintain solid professional relationships,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prospecting and negotiation skills: ability to identify new commercial opportunities and lead successful negotiations,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rigor, curiosity and dynamism,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to make decisions and propose innovative solutions,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities effectively.<\/li>\n<\/ul>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Business Manager: Contribute to the development of the company<\/p>","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":1632,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","meta":{"inline_featured_image":false,"footnotes":""},"categorie_rh":[12,9],"class_list":["post-757","ressource_humaine","type-ressource_humaine","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","categorie_rh-commerce","categorie_rh-nos-metiers"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v26.3 -
