Technical support engineer

Provide technical support to our customers

Your missions:

  • Carry out product configuration according to customer project applications,
  • Ensure the commissioning of products delivered to customer sites while respecting regulations and prevention plans,
  • Test and develop specific programs and materials on customer sites in accordance with contractual requirements,
  • Carry out the software development of functionalities specific to customer contracts,
  • Provide technical solutions to the various requests from customers and on-site workers,
  • Analyze customer complaints, carry out investigations to detect the causes of failures and implement preventive or corrective measures,
  • Identify, analyze and deal with technical incidents in collaboration with the design office, then establish technical reports,
  • Train and assist the customer in product start-up, troubleshooting and maintenance actions,
  • Organize product demonstrations in the workshop or on a prospect's site to promote the solutions,
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of products, methods and means of production by being proactive.

Prerequisites:

  • Engineering diploma or Bac+5 in mechanics, automation, robotics or mechatronics and ideally supplemented by a first validated experience,
  • Mastery of Python, IEC 61131-3, C++, and the Linux operating system,
  • Knowledge of ROS2 and OpenCV middleware,
  • Basic knowledge of programming environments (IDE),
  • Rigor, curiosity and dynamism,
  • Ability to analyze and synthesize,
  • Be proactive,
  • Sense of interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team,
  • Taking initiative and strength of proposal,
  • Autonomy in managing projects and responsibilities.
