Play a key role in managing our supply chain
Your missions:
- Manage all activities linked to the supply of raw materials, components and sub-assemblies necessary for production,
- Optimize logistics flows and stock levels to guarantee resource availability while minimizing costs,
- Identify, evaluate and select suppliers in France and abroad to ensure the quality, reliability and competitiveness of supplies,
- Maintain close relationships with existing suppliers and explore new partnership opportunities,
- Actively participate in new product launch projects in collaboration with the production and engineering teams,
- Implement and monitor supplier performance indicators,
- Deploy and enforce supplier quality procedures, ensuring regular audits and following corrective action plans,
- Supervise the reception and quality control of incoming goods (components, subassemblies),
- Supervise the shipment of finished products to customers, ensuring compliance with deadlines and quality requirements,
- Identify, analyze and deal with non-conformities detected during procurement,
- Implement corrective and preventive actions in collaboration with suppliers and internal teams,
- Participate in the continuous improvement of products, methods and means of production by being proactive.
Prerequisites:
- Bac+2/3 in supply chain ideally complemented by a first validated experience in the industrial sector, preferably with a mechanical emphasis,
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical plans and electrical diagrams,
- In-depth knowledge of manufacturing plans and different assembly techniques,
- Mastery of ERP tools and production management methods (Lean, etc.),
- Ability to negotiate,
- Rigor, curiosity and dynamism,
- Sense of organization,
- Ability to analyze and synthesize.
