MDS ARCHITECTURE

A modular architecture for precise omnidirectional mobility

The MDS modular drive system offers a flexible and efficient solution for precisely moving loads in all directions. Its modular design allows it to be adapted to a wide range of applications and payloads.

Key components of MDS:

DDW steering drive wheels

  • Quantity : 2 to 4 units (standard)
  • Function : Provide propulsion and steering of the system
  • Technology : Powerful and precise double drive wheels for optimal performance
  • 3 Variants: 
    • T0 – standard version
    • TP – incorporates preload springs
    • TL – on-board lifting system

ELC remote electrical box

  • Fanointing: Integrates control electronics, power electronics, batteries and chargers
  • Versions: Several versions available to meet all needs (see technical sheets)
  • Connection:  Hybrid cables on connectors provide the connection between the ELC box and the DDW wheels

Radio control

  • Function : Allows remote control of the MDS system via an intuitive and secure interface.
  • Options: Secondary radio control, Dead man's handle, Control by external PLC

BAP rechargeable batteries

  • Function : Powers the MDS system independently
  • Technology : Compact lithium-ion batteries offering high capacity and long life
  • Variants: Different capacities, removable battery (depending on model)
